Breakfast Club Group Members Arrange First Time Home Buyer Workshop

Members of The Breakfast Club, a real estate networking group, will speak on Saturday, July 24th at the Inner Faith Church in Yonkers. The workshop is titled “How to Buy Your First Home - What and Who You Need to Know” and is hosted by Bishop Nelson. Speakers include Richard Klein Esq. and Danielle Greco Esq, real estate attorneys, Fenton Soliz, Mortgage Loan Officer with The Federal Savings Bank, and Maria Karsou, Realtor with Keller Williams.

This special workshop designed to help those who have never gone through the process of qualifying and applying for mortgage to purchase their first home is sponsored by Richard Klein Esq., Maria Karsou, Fenton Soliz, Ben Palancia, Ken Meccia, Elissa Grayer, Richard Bosco, Michael Murphy, Robert Withers, and Ron Hoina, all members of the Breakfast Club Group.
